NSW: Carr calls for hacker to be sacked, charged=2

But Mr CARR slammed claims material from Mr LYNN's computer has been used by government
frontbench members during Question Time.

He says any suggestion that there's political espionage in the government is profoundly
defamatory.

The premier says he's never seen anyone from the government benefit from something
that would have come out of the Opposition's computer.

Mr CARR says the person responsible will face up to two years' imprisonment.

He says he doesn't believe union officials would have outside access to the parliamentary
computers.
